You will only need a clearance space of 15 by 15 feet. The actual dimensions for this item are 13L x 13W feet. It holds 10 children from 2-12 years old or 8 children from 9-15 years old. It can be set up on grass, asphalt or concrete. We will need a 3-4 feet access clearance and a clear path on the entrance.
