Delivery and Set-up Information:

• To ensure proper set up, we will need to know the surface the unit will be on and if there are any stairs that need to be used to get to the site location. Items on grass will be staked down, items on artificial grass or concrete will be held down by sandbags. (Additional $15 per unit).
• There is an additional charge for stairs, please call us to calculate pricing.
• One 15-amp power outlet is required within 50 feet (Do not plug any other device into the same outlet)
• Entrance to the setup area must be at least 5 feet wide. *We do not take any units through the house* It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the designated space for the unit is clear of any household items. It is also the customer’s responsibility to measure the designated space to confirm the unit will fit accordingly. Slides cannot be placed on uneven ground.

Safety Information:

• We recommend having 1 kid at a time going up the stairs and two kids maximum down the slide in to ensure safe usage of the item.
• Adult supervision is needed at all times. Please make sure this item is used properly.
• Users are not allowed to climb up the slide, it’s unsafe.
• If wind exceeds 20 MPH and/or you see the unit lifting due to wind, please, turn of the unit immediately!

Water Option: We provide a hose attached to the unit; it is the customers responsibility to have a hose long enough to reach the unit to make it wet.

Park deliveries:

• Please, keep in mind most parks don't allow the usage of water slides. Each city/community will be able to facilitate this information for you.
• We deliver to most LA county parks, except for Culver City. We currently don't deliver to OC parks, only homes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
